Looking for a new Honda Stream from agent. kahmotor website say $72k, wonder if the website price is always higher? Can I negotiate to get further discount from this price. Intend to loan 50k for 5yrs. Any bros out there can tell me how to negotiate and what to look out for? Can advise?

Hi to all again, I just got a 2nd hand Jazz that is still only 2 yrs old. Hence that means I still entitled to 3 yr warranty and free service (Right Accordvtec?) I am just wondering is there a way to check out what servicing I can still go for my 3rd yr warranty? I believe the last servicing was done on 1/10/04 for 50k. Now it is approaching 60k. 1. When shld I do my next servicing? 2. Anything I shld take note of for the car? Like do some rust proofing or wat? 3. Any cheap upgrades I can consider to improve the performance of the car?
