  1. http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/photo/getFullSizePhoto.do?id=23090 STOMPer Sharlene wonders why this jacked-up Land Rover, that has been parking at an HDB carpark in Commonwealth for months, has not been issued with summons. "There are no parking tickets or an RFID disc on the car. Not sure if this is a foreign licence plate also," she says. The STOMPer adds: "Maybe because it has been jacked up, so the parking attendant can't reach to put any summon tickets? "Or is it because the tyres do not touch the ground, it is not considered as 'parked'?" The STOMPer says the Land Rover is depriving other vehicles of parking space. http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/singapor...nt.jsp?id=24429
