  1. 1. I wonder how many car owners are actually concern about air quality in the cabin and is willing to invest in an air ionizer? 2. A MedKlinn Car Ionizer ( http://www.unique1995.sg/airsterilizer/mobile.asp ) costs as much as RM369. How much do you spend on an ionizer? Any good brands to recommend? Thank you. Regards,
  2. Taken from Wiki "Even the best ionisers will produce a small amount of ozone. At high concentrations, ozone can also be toxic to air-borne bacteria, and may destroy or kill these sometimes infectious organisms. However, the needed concentrations are toxic enough to humans and animals." So in that case, are there air purifiers without ionizer but true HEPA?
  3. For those that have your personal room in office, do you put any Air Refreshner or Ionizer in your room? If yes, which fragrance do you like? Thinking of getting one but only concern the smell could be too empowering, or may have long term side-effects for my health.
  4. Is the plug-in ionizer effective in refreshing the air in the car? The ionizer I am talking about is the type you simply plug into the cig. lighter socket, no wires or filter and looks like cig. lighter. Saw it at Homefix selling for $21, made in Taiwan. Can anyone using it ( or similar) give some feedback? Tks.
  5. Anyone heard of this brand before ? See it in Robinson / Courts . Looks good . But more important does it deliver what it says on providing Alkaline antioxidant water??
  6. Hi all, I dun noe if I heard the news wrongly cos I was working away when the 7 pm Chinese news reported this a few days ago. Am putting this under this thread cos most cars use this kind of device to rid the car of foul smell. I heard the news reported that from 2010 onwards, US is going to stop/ban all local production of air-cleaners and/or Ionizers bcos they are found to be harmful to human health. A so-called scientist or something being interviewed said that since the negative ions were strong enuff to break down bacterias and harmful particles in the air, it could also be strong enuff to go into our lungs to break down our breathing mechanism and lung tissues in the long run Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks...
  7. Hi all, Just heard that this BioIon Fuel Ionizer came into the market at half the price of a Calski. I think it works like a fuel magnet, being clipped on to the fuel line. I have also heard of Fuel Magnet...just wondering if this BioIon works the same way. Anyone tried these "fuel boosters". Quite a few people have put it on their new cars, so I was wondering if it is good for the new ride?
