looks like AEM have new intakes for the R18A1..........tho they arent showing it on their web site.......both CAI and SRI available http://www.aempower.com/pdf/aem_dryflow_intake_chart.pdf look under part numbers 21-517 and 22-517....... jus for evry1's info......

Since the 1.4L A14DMS engine that the new Aveo boasts have the VGIS, below is a link to Autozine's Technical School on VGI. Please note the technology is not new and lots of non-motorheads will think that it is VTEC but it is not. The prototype is a 1.4L turbocharged inline-5. Fascinating! Prime candidate. Very exotic!
