Hi guys, I'm looking for a solar film to replace my existing one. Any good model to recommend? My friend recommended me Huper Optik. Anyone used it before? What's the price like? And what's the LTA's regulation regarding tint-ing of window? And the Malaysia one too. Thanks for your time. :)

hi all. i've got huper optik premier+ package installed on my car 2 weeks ago. but..i realise the front windscreen looks a bit blur. it's obvious that there's a film there. unlike the side windows which are totally clear. anybody with the same situation? is it due to the film or the slant of the front windscreen?

Hi! Will be getting a nissan sunny soon and negotiated to have either V-kool or Huper Optik installed.So which one is better? Was told by SE that both are the same.Pls advise ppl.

Everyone please take note if you are considering to fix HO. DON'T!! I had a bad experience w HO. Upon receiving my car (pre-fixed w HO thru BMotors) I noticed a couple of air bubbles & peeling at the edges. Just fix & peeling, imagine after 2 yrs the film would look like sxxt! Anyway inform Infra via BM when doing 1k servicing. They did not replace but cut off the peeling edge! The best part the tried to CON me saying that they replaced the film. They must think customers like me are BLIND & RETARDED ! Told off the supervisor & they immediately replaced it. Problem now is after 1.5 mths, I noticed another peeling at the edge. And I found out when browsing their warranty that altho' stated 10 yrs, but in the sticker fine print, it over rule the 10 yrs warranty by stating that they reserve the right to refuse replacement file after 30 days! Or they can charge a norminal fee for replacement. sxxt ! spending $900 for shitty workmanship & now getting screw by them with fake warranty! Arrghhh, should have stick w V-Kool or Cool Lite. Or even X brand as long as workmanship is good. So please do tempt fate just avoid Huper Optik unless u enjoy being SCREWED!! [bigcry]

Hi all, A colleague is very keen to do HUPER or VKool on her beetle. When i enquired abt this fr a workshop that installed huper on my car, the boss says that he's not willing to do, as it is too difficult to fit the large and curved windscreen. Is this true? He also claims that no one in market is really confident of doing it well. Anyone has done it before?

getting my corolla from BM next week gonna get the BM contractor to install either HO or V-kool before I collect.. what do you guys suggest I go for? also, a question about the warranty, I've read some people saying HO offers 10 year warranty, and 5 years for V-kool, but my SE said its 5 years for both?? is the warranty dependent on the contractor installing it or is my SE just misinformed?
