Anyone has this issue? Previously handbrake can hold on at slope with just two clicks when i pull it up. Now with 3 clicks it barely holds on well at the same slope at SIM old entrance. Any idea how much it may cost to fix/replace?

Not all cars need to pull down the handbrake to run. See what happens when a driver forgets to pull it down but is still able to drive without even noticing. Very cool video
