Folks, Keep on seeing the Black Garlic advertisements on TV and shopping malls. Is it really that good for health as claimed? Has anyone really benefited from this product (e.g. lower blood pressure, cholesterol), is black garlic really that different from normal garlic? Price difference is huge.
