  3. June 9, 2008 Youth not allowed to own camera cellphone By Elena Chong A YOUTH who entered a women's toilet and used his mobile phone to record a woman urinating will not be allowed to own a camera cellphone. Samuel Ong Huixiang, 19, pleaded guilty last month to criminal trespass at the ladies toilet at Changi Airport Terminal 3 and intruding into the privacy of a 29-year-old sales assistant on Feb 12. A Community Court heard that he managed to record the woman urinating by pointing his mobile phone into the cubicle from under the door. Following the victim's police report that someone had filmed her urinating in the cubicle, closed-circuit television footage showed Ong following the woman into the toilet. He was then awaiting his A-level results and working as a temporary corporate support officer for Immigration and Checkpoints Authority. A psychiatrist found that Ong was suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder with voyeurism. Community Court judge Roy Neighbour placed him on 12 months' probation and ordered him to observe a curfew and do 60 hours of community service. Ong is also to continue with his psychiatric treatment. His parents signed a $5,000 bond to ensure he behaves during the probation period. A third charge of having a laptop containing four films without a valid certificate was taken into consideration. http://www.straitstimes.com/Latest%2BNews/...ory_245964.html I think chop off the KKJ is better, sure cure all illness. now working at ICA somemore... i pray he dun make those china ladies take off dressing and do situp like the MY polis....
