Anyone use this tyre before? Care to share the overall performance? Tks!

Anyone used the above mention tyre? Please feedback on grip on dry/wet, noise and comfort level. Thanks.

any comments on the above rubber in terms on wet grip and comfort ? Autobacs offering 130 for a 205/55/R16. Price is close to Yoko DB. Its hard to choose between the 2 as their price is pretty close.

When i was driving at NSHW this afternoon, ave speed ard 130km/hr i suddently feel that something is wrong, my whole car is vibrating. i stop for a while to chk my tyre, nothing wrong, all 4 tyre were not punched and the i check my air intake, my engine oil, and etc... nothing wrong, so i proceed and drive back to SG. at the lower speed of 100km/h.. When I reach SG, i went to 1 of the multystorey carpark... with freehand off the steering, i can see my steering wheel is turning left and right ( at 5 to 10km/H), i smell something fishy n tot that my alighment is out or my wheelnut is loose... Stop the car at top level... try to tighten the wheelnut but all were damn tight, then i took a touchlight and see the tyre surface... to my suprise, my front tyre at the driver side is uneven... i touch with my hand and can feel that the tyre was bloated!, i jack up my car and took out the tyre... knn... to my surprise, the bloody tyre was bloated, and i can see some crack line... cant c from outside clearly cos the bloated part was towards the inner part of the tyre, near to the sidewall.... i change the tyre immeadiately... this is not the 1st time ive seen this, my friend, who use an firenza sT03, have the tyre BURST for no particular reason, and now, it is my turn! I remember very clearly that i didnt hit any podhole or kerb... can u imagine what will happen if the tyre burst when i was driving at 100km/hr? i, not punched but BURST!!!?? think my whole ride will turn upside down... Firenza owner, if u r like me, try to save a few hundred bucks and not willing to change the tyre cos the tyre is still relatively new, m... then, make sure u are as lucky as me.... I'm gg to change all the 4 tyre 1st thing tomorrow morning....

Bros, anyone know where i can find online info on the above? Told that it is a house brand of Falken...wonder if it is a newly developed brand or acquire brand? I was told that it was formerly from Bridgestone, then sold off to Falken???? Is it true, i am curious to know...thanx! I wonder if my friend mistook Firenza as Firestone or Turanza which both belongs to Bridgestone..... Anyway, I have just change to Firenza verdict is that for 75 bucks for 15 inches 195/50....it is consider value for money. I drove a Fit, so dun need too performance and i dun mind sacrifice a bit of comfort for the extra bit more grip in wet weather as compared to the stock Aspec DB.... Thanks

Is this made in Indonesia tire good? Can't seems to find any review in the net. Only Local Stamford tyre website is having some info on sizes, no details on driving review. Is it exactly the same as Firenza ST-08? Thread pattern looks the same, but how bout the compound? Anyone care to shed more light?

3 weeks ago, I changed 4 of these tyres cos of a flat...Changed at Autobacs. They now have mileage of arnd 1.5k km. However, due to other circumstances, the car is going to be sold. The tyres are fairly new. I am wondering if anyone of you want to take over these tyres if you are intending to change. Bought it at $640 for all four. Do offer me a price and we can deal. However, you have to pay the tyre shop for the swop process. I would be taking your old tyres to hand over to the exporter. I will pass you the receipt as you have free lifetime Nitrogen filling and tyre repair Serious enquiries only please. Please pm me OR sms me @ 91176524. Many thanks

hi there guys , just changed my stock 15 in alu rim , falken 512 185/55/15r from kah motors on my jazzie to lighter and slightly nicer rims , wif it its shod wif firenza 195/50/15r tires . on the stock tires ,after the initial running in of 500km, tire wall flex tend to be obvious and to compensate the flex i pump it up to 250kpa in the front(i know its kinda overkill on a jazz) then the steering response improved without much sacrifice to the traction , but the tire roared while on highway , but in carpark the traction remained ok wif no noticable understeer, on the wet its also not that bad as it managed to stop without any sweat given that its pumped to such high pressure , and during spirited u turn the tire onli displayed a muted squeel on the dry , and during wet u turn the tire roared and thats when i dare not push any further . the falken 512 seem to have thin threads in the sides and thus they seem to wear out on the sides more and it seem like they are not corner happy , they do a better job of straight line acceleration and stopping.btw fuel consumtion decreased , maybe due to the high tire pressure and low rolling resistance form high pressure. after trading in my stock rims and tires to final speed dark grey rims for easier cleaning (read lazy)and firenza tires 195/50/15r(japan made). firstly pumping the tire to 250 kpa(front)(rear 240kpa) again for a fair test , today , the tire although not runned in yet they did sound alot quieter and softer riding even when compared to the falken when new also, bumps seem to get absorbed and sound is alot quieter as they don roar like the falken when new ,did not push the tires in the wet or dry yet as i am still running in the tires.but from what i heard and read in the forum they sucked in the wetbut better than the aspec db from yokohama, but nothing was said abt the dry performance, so i dunno if they give any advance notice if they start to break loose before the limit is reached , but from what the sales guy said they do last longer than the 512 , and due to the slightly wider thread do i need to slow down alot while driving in the rain? have i made a better choice in changing the tires? see how , run in the tires first then will add to the test.wif the tires and rim the new set is lighter by 1.5-2kg each. btw on high way max was 90kmph unless overtaking then go till 100 kmph .and cruise at 70-80 kmph most of the time, and i do take 90 degree bends ard 50-60 kmph on the falken. questions 1)do i still drive as normal as if i was using the falken512? 2)is the tire better in the wet compared to the 512? 3)wear rate? 4)noise generated after running in of the tires?issit gonna be better or same? made a mistake of not reading the forum first before buying on impulse. sigh , hope its not a bad call on my side
