Hi guys, My 2009 Fielder's cooling coil is leaking. So I'm looking around for resources and some info. Probably will check with a few shops on monday but was thinking of asking if anyone with the above models have had similar issues and how much was the cost of repair? I've called 2 shops which are opened today and found that this model is more expensive than Toyota Altis which is around $330-$350. I'm probably also going to call up a few stockist to see if I can buy the coil directly but sometimes for such aircon parts it's difficult cos if it's leaking then everyone will be pushing the blame around. so probably will still go to 1 shop and get it all done.

Hi all, My Fielder's rear shock absorbers are getting squeaky recently and it doesn't go away (done 80k+ km). On inspection, it looks as if oil has leaked from the left rear absorber. I've checked with a Ric Tat and the original part is only $60+ ea. I believe it's oil ones. Not gas since it's so cheap. The stockist had no idea. I've checked with Yuen Thong and they have KYB replacement which is gas. cost $98+ ea for the rears. The fronts are $138+ ea. I used to buy KYB from Chin hon and I think they are quite cheap but unfortunately they don't carry this model for Fielder. Just wondering if anyone has anything to share esp if they are driving Toyota Fielder / Axio.

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a replacement spark plugs for my Toyota Fielder. Original plug was Denso's FK16HR11. I've checked the stockists and found that they don't carry this but do have other Iridiums/Platinums for replacement. Some of them carry FK20HR11 which I found that was the standard part for 2006-2007 Axio/Fielders. But since 2007 onwards, Toyota fitted FK16HR11 in new deliveries. I've checked the Denso catalogue for spark plugs and I didn't find the normal copper plugs equivalent. Has anyone replaced the plugs on a axio/fielder with a copper one?

Hi Bros, Few days ago, I found that some of the external rubber parts on my Toyota Fielder was stolen. One was at the front windscreen wiper panel, the other was my rear wiper arm cover. I called the stockists and found that for the front wiper panel, its sold as a complete set, they don't sell the corner rubber. For the rear wiper arm, they sell the whole arm, and not the cover. Need some help to see if anyone knows of any scrapyards specializing in Toyota Axio / Fielder. Some ppl I asked just said "Woodlands" but when I asked them where exactly, no one knows. Woodlands is very big... I know of a few scrapyards near Gambas ave and will probably try to find them.

Hi bros, I was just driving the car slowly (slow traffic) and suddenly I realised the car's not accelerating and "Engine", "Radiator", "Battery" light came on. I realised my RPM was 0. No acceleration. This was while it was on CNG. So I quickly switched on my hazard light and tried to filter to left most lane. Other drivers thought I was trying to let someone alight and started to honk me. My car still had some momentum and so was rolling it. I then restarted the car when I stopped at the road side. It started ok and I continued with no problems (switching to CNG again). I should have tried to engage N gear and crank the engine when I realised the engine was dead, but I just wasn't thinking. Could have continued the journey? But now I'm beginning to worry if it's really ok for me to drive all the way up to Genting. Sekali got problem....mati liao. Can someone advise what could be wrong and caused the engine to die off? Some nonsense in the CNG causing this? ie, I heard ppl pumping CNG and ended up with some impurities or just "air". Heard before ppl said some station in Singapore (don't want to name) and some stations in JB got this problem. My suspicion is that it was an one off incident (ie CNG regulator missed a beat or something).
