Anyone bros knows how do I export all my contacts in gmail to another gmail accounts? I tried followings the below instructions. When I click save file, they says "Gmail contacts couldn't be downloaded" Where went wrong? Thanks ======================================= Exporting Gmail contacts You can quickly export your Gmail Contacts list into a CSV file. Here's how: 1.Sign in to Gmail. 2.Click Contacts along the side of any Gmail page. 3.From the More actions drop-down menu, select Export.... 4.Choose whether to export all contacts or only one group. 5.Select the format in which you'd like to export your contacts' information. Please note, some of these formats can lose some contact information. ◦To transfer contacts between Google accounts, use the Google CSV format. This is the recommended way to back up your Google Contacts. ◦To transfer contacts to Outlook, Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, or various other apps, use the Outlook CSV format. ◦To transfer contacts to Apple Address Book, use the vCard format. 6.Click Export. 7.Choose Save to Disk then click OK. 8.Select a location to save your file, and click OK. Depending on the requirements of the program to which you're exporting your contacts from Gmail, you can easily edit the file to fit your needs.

I wonder if any PI or knowledgable person(s) know how to export a car from SG to AU for personal use? Lets say I am moving the entire family from SG over, and I rather not sell the car in SG... could I export it to AU ? any process on SG end I need to do or people I probably need to speak to? Please advise. Thanks.

Hi, I know this has been discussed before but i still can't really understand how this works. For example, at the end of my COE. I decide to strip my car bare, can i still bring it to the scrap yard to scrap? (remove tyres, rims, exhaust, brakes, steering wheel, seats, etc etc) Can they reject my car? Anyone with recent experience mind sharing? I am sure most would like to know too. As i feel scrap yard offer the prices really dam little.. For example, Korean car they pay $0 - $400. Japanese car around $100 - 800. Got 3 people i know scrap their car for $50 (Hyundai getz), Honda civic old model ($350), kia cerato ($150). Dam ridiculous. The dam bloody brake pads and rotor already cost more than the scrap value offered. Heck, even the tyres also worth more. Even BMW/Mercs i heard only about 2k+ (heard, but can't verify) Another thing i would like to know, will the price be higher (more reasonable) if my car is exported instead of scrap? Anyone tried selling their vehicle to exporter? 10 years dam bo hua if just scrap get back less than $1k.

If intending to work overseas for a long period of a few years.... which option would make more sense: a. Sell car in Singapore, go overseas and buy another car. b. Export car to destination and continue using same car. How much does it cost to export a car overseas? Any hidden costs?

Hi peeps..my ride is now in it's 5th yr..will finish paying loan at dec 2009(7th yr).. as my car is reg in 2003, the ARF is 130%..so will be getting quite a lump sum from the gahment when i dereg it. If i sell off this car at it's 7th yr to dealer or what, abit waste, since other than the PARF+COE rebate..can only get additional 5k or so for the body.. So planning to 'export' the vehicle to malaysia for my relatives inside to use as it's still quite new as compared to cars in malaysia.. Would like to find out what are the procedures to deregister the car in SG and register it in Malaysia..do i need to pay any customs duty at the malaysian side? Thanks

Got some lobang to sell heavy duty machinery like overhead cranes and forklift with my bro-in-law (malaysian). Thinking of using Singapore as a base to bring in those 2nd hand stuff first before exporting them out again. Either to service them to sellable condition or short term storage before exporting once found buyer. Can anyone advise where to start from? Some simple things I can think of: 1. Register a company first 2. Rent some space to place those machineries 3. Get a forwarder
