I just bought a 2nd hand Satra Neo and its using EThrottle (eeks!!). I would prefer the conventional cable rather than Ethrottle. Is there anyway to get rid of hat stupid lag other than installing some throttle controller?

OK decided that I should go for it. Car has just hit 19k. The scheduled oil change is 21.368k Going by how CLTR 5W40 performed on a Toyota for 5k, I think it is time for me to bring her in. This would corresponds to 5k-miles mileage that the oil has spent in there. This is what the oil guys in the US use as a gauge. It is miles. Preparing myself for a double whammy. Road tax need renewal at $416. The 20k servicing can reach a whopping $300 thanks to that silly A/C dryer clause. Might save a little because the plugs are changed, the filter is changed (good for another 5k or so). But the A/C dryer clause is . I'm throwing in Conoco HSAS 5W30. Should last 8k-km as well. Not bad for a blended oil. Will do UOA for it when I drain it out. Who knows, another great cheap oil to add to the collection of good cheap oils to use in SG. Will be doing UOA on the CLTR 5W40. Might reveal that 8050km (5000mi) should be the absolute limit you can go with this oil. If the wear numbers does turn out well will add it to the cheap oil for SG use as well.
