I own a KIA k3(top specs), around 11months, average mileage, accident free. I itchy backside wanted to change to the face lifted 2016 Vezel or Sportage 2016 and so i went to test water on how much my resale value of my k3 is. Quotes received from the various websites and PI. Sg Motorist - 74k Sg Carmart - 70k to 75k PI - 70k. If i were to take the price of 74k, my car depreciates by 40k in less than a year. But then I saw a 2013 Forte(the previous model, not k3) is selling for 75k by a dealer at sgcarmart(i assume the dealer bought @ 65 to 70k from the previous owner?). My question is are they trying to carrot me or the price is really so low? How do i really know the true value of how much my car can fetch? Anyone i scratch my backside already, not itchy anymore. Now just curious is this the norm....

hello fellow bros. im jus wondering. as above, would u guys ever consider a high mileage car? im referring to approximately 50K-60K per year type of mileage. say for example, the car is around 3 years old, coming to almost 180K km. but condition is very good, regularly polished. would u consider it? it'll be good if u can share ur car's age and ur mileage. thank you for sharing

Was on 70km/h, then i look at my rear mirror, saw one lexus (if i dont see it wrongly), kind of fast, catching me up from lane 3, which he is going to make a left turn out. suddenly, flashed.... kao, i was like, nabei, i am only on 70/km/h, plus my rim is 17inch, even speedometer is telling me 72km/h, my actual speed should be below 70km/h. Moreover, i have been using that road every weekend or weekday on my off day, i sometime will hit 72km/h and has never ganna flashed before. until this fast car catched up, and then flashed. What my concern is how they identify who is speeding? if the fast car is just right side of me, tiu, how? i am at center lane. obviously i am not speeding, cause i am letting those who wants to overtake me take the 1st lane. someone please enlighten me. thanks.

(1) What happens to HDB flats after 99 years? Would we get back anything for the flat? If so, how much? Or are we given another flat at a discount? (2) What happens to a LH condo after 99 years? (3) What is a decent land size for a FH landed property?

Just sent my car for 3rd year inspection yesterday. I was standing beside and watch as they were checking and testing my car. My car suspension was like 'floating up' when the front wheels were on the roller, and it sort of 'sink down' when it was testing on rear wheels. I suspect the machine(roller) is testing the brake system. But i am curious on why the car will move up and down in the process. The car is stationary and there is no forward trust or momentum. Can someone explain the phenomenon?

Gooday everyone, Would like to ask some simple Qns. Had done a search but have problem finding what I really wanted. Currently I just got my new Red ride. What I did so far is as follows: - Wash the new car down with Zaino (Love the smell) - Wax with Soft99 Authentic Premium Wax (The gold colour Can) - After 24 hours - Wash with plain water - another layer of Soft99 Authentic Premium Wax (The gold colour Can) Yesterday night, I just ganna some bird poo on my boot and I use Meguiars QD and some polishing cloth to remove it. Here comes the Qns: 1. Can the Soft99 Authentic Premium Wax be layered? 2. After using Soft99 Authentic Premium Wax, what is the effect after using the Meguiars QD on the body? 3. Would the Meguiars QD remove the wax? 4. Do I need to get another QD as this QD seems to be poly base and poly does not mix well with Carnauba based Wax? 5. Is there a difference with QD and Quick WAX? 6. Is there a way to remove light stains from the internal roof? (seems to look abit like carpet) 7. Do you guys put the engine heat insulater? Does it really helps in protecting the paintwork? 8. How do you remove those white stains on plastic parts if they had contacted with wax? Sorry for this long post and hope you guys would help me. thanks klein

My colleague registered a car under her name but the insurance is bought under her husband's name. There's a rule in the policy that she will not be covered under the insurance even as an unnamed driver should she drive the car and got into accident. I find it funny that any Dick, Tom and Harry can drive and be covered as an unnamed driver but not the owner. If it's the other way round and she has bought the insurance under her own name as well, her husband would be able to drive and be covered.
