My friend went to Sung Beng to have his stereo fixed(pulling of cables for amp and 4 speakers with installation of 4 speakers). He was quoted $400 for the job, which seems ridiculously high. So after some negotiation, the price was dropped to $280 which imo still expensive as I have been quoted $100 for pulling cables and $40 per pair of speakers. Note that all cables and equipment were self provided. Anyway, they claim that they do a detailed job, therefore their prices are so high. Since they claim to be professionals, friend agreed to let them do it. Upon completion and to our horror, we found that they pulled the speaker cables from the amps to the headunit and connect it back to the speakers via the stock cables. Sad... $280 for a job that seems like $80 worth. Just to warn brudders who are looking for an installer.

He replied saying he don’t know how to do so. He felt frustrated as the alarm went off repeatedly and wanted to go to work. He wanted the police to help him find the person who touched his car. The police then asked him if he had allowed the valet parking service personnel parked for him. Ok, thats it. I have seen just too many such Audi drivers, not to make this statement. Today just 20mins of driving, have met 3 reckless Audi drivers spoiling for a race which i will not bite. S5, A5 and A4. Seems like it is the current ah beng reckless drivers' top choice becos of the following reasons 1. Cheaper more affordable hp for hp compared to BMW, Mercy yet somewhat in the same prestige segment 2. Higher prestige than VW, VolVo and Saab 3. Turbo charged engines for many models makes for easy upgrades and mods Driver is usually a fairly new entrant to the Conti scene (less than 5 yrs) Driver always trying to prove a point, iwonder why? Inferiority complex? I dont get that from BMW drivers generally. Never from Bentleys. Occasionally from some C Class drivers which i write off most of the time anyway. Hardly from GTRs, once from a Maser. So can someone second my observations? Maybe Audis have just gotten too common in the last few years? Can these idiots just leave me alone to enjoy my Family car? Pwui!

I am planning to buy a Samsung Galaxy Tap 7.7. So far among big electronics mart, the lowest price is $598. Some are selling at $698, including singtel shop. I did find a Ah Beng phone shop selling at around $550. Is it safe to get from them? Will it be a re-con set? Or any bros here have lobang for cheaper price to share.

Lee Beng Tyre & Battery Co is near my house and since one of my tyre is losing air very intensively, I decided to pick one tyre shop to go change all four tires. any other shops in amk to recommend? do i need to call them to check whether they got my tyre size? or should be alright one? thanks all i still noob..haha!

hahh..saw this on FB and repost here...funny sia ...but feel sad for the ah beng...kena ditched by ah lian on V day... The ah beng also one kind la...say the gf obiang, wear green colour and pokka dots...I sure give tight slap if I am the girl. But the ah lian figure not bad leh... I was using the Nokia 6500(slide) previously and decided to upgrade to Samsung Galaxy-S recently. In terms of camera performance, somehow I still prefer to use my old Nokia 6500, especially for taking photos of close-up text documents. The Nokia 6500 is more than 2 years old and had probably past its warranty. The camera is still working fine except that it cannot read or detect the SD card. I have tried a few SD cards and come to the conclusion that the fault is likely due to the card reader within the camera. I currently rely on the small internal phone memory for the photo image storage. Thinking of getting this memory card reading problem repaired. Do you folks happen to know of a good/honest Ah Beng handphone repair shop? What is the likely cost of such a repair? Thanks.

Just wondering if the Golf GTI is considered an ah beng racer nowadays? Very sad if true because this is one of my favourite cars. If a car gets labelled as ah beng racer,does that mean insurance will shoot sky high? I heard that insurance for WRX is $3~4k??

i have added lights to my car, door knobs, under bonnet, under car, interior also changed the sound system with a woofer in the boot, loud enough to blast techno up to a few meters away yet my friends say my car not beng enough wonder what else should i do 1 of my friends suggest to repaint to purple or yellow color my car changed seats to racing seats and adding turbo soon what else can i do to make it look more fierce?

Received quite a lot of feedback from frens tad i beng juz bcoz i drive normally with windows down...I dun realli like e coldness of a/con, thus always hv windows down when i drive alone..But will switch a/con on if i hve passengers, Oni have windows dwn, when im alone...
