In line with the upcoming Beijing Motor Show in China and Jackie Chan's 60th birthday, Lamborghini took off the wraps of its one and only Aventador Jackie Chan Edition. As part of Lamborghini’s Ad Personam program, Lamborghini came up with this special edition with the help of some unique titanium gray exterior paint scheme along with glossy black Nero Ade alloy wheels. Inside, a red and black theme surrounds the car and the word "long" (Dragon in English) is embroidered in the headrests and doors as a reference to the actor's Chinese name - Cheng Long. It is said that the car will be auctioned off and the money raised will be directed towards the China Film Institute's "Jackie Chan Charity Fund" which supports the development of China's film industry.

BMW premiered its concept i8 spyder in Beijing recently. The electric spyder does not differ much from its coupe sibling besides riding on a shorter height and wheelbase. The rear-end of the car was clearly seen with an eDrive as a mark for the new electric technology. In can be certain that in the future, the eDrive badging will identify all electric and plug-in hybrid cars of BMW's i sub brand. eDrive comprises the electric motor developed by BMW, the lithium-ion battery, and the intelligent motor management system. Full torque of the electric motor is available from the start and the acceleration unfolds until hitting the top speed.

These are the first pictures of BAW's (Beijing Auto Work) C60 sedan that was caught under wraps just a few hours before its world premiere at the 2010 Beijing Motor Show which runs from April 23 to 27. It's not hard to see the similarities between the C60 and the Saab 9-3 sedan. However, before you utter the words "another shameless Chinese clone", BAW's parent company, BAIC, paid Saab's previous owner, General Motors, $200 million dollars late last year to acquire the intellectual rights for Saab's outgoing 9-5 and 9-3 models, as well as powertrain technology and tooling equipment. Details remain sketchy on the C60 sedan but the Chinese media reports it will go on sale next year with a 1.8-liter petrol engine in both naturally aspirated and turbocharged versions. BAW will also reveal the Saab 9-5 (previous generation) based C71 mid-size sedan at the Beijing show. China has successfully cloned DVDs, handbags, cars. Is human cloning next on the list?
