I witnessed this accident right in front of my eyes while standing at my office window. The Trailer rammed into the back of the dark blue Mitsubishi Lancer and pushed it for a good 10m into the first lane. Can't tell if it was a lane-switch mistake. See pics.

Encounter with this SFB 3..7 Medium Blue Honda Civic I was turning right from Stagmont Ring, The vehicle on my right side have illegal HID installed, caused extra glare on my already wet windscreen, thus, I could not really see if any pedestrian is crossing the road, so i tap on the brake to slow... slow... because it's raining... I think this prick got irritated by me for me being cautious and being responsible.. Thus, for that small road, he tailgate me very close on this poor visibility and wet road, overtook me on upon approaching left bend on my right where he could hardly see oncoming car. So when his car was coming out behind me halfway, I just gently tap on the brake (with no slowing down and no intention of him colliding onto me), just to give him a scare , he end up got more pissed off, exchanged eye contact and chiong the bend and to stop for the red light in front to. Genius. Raining, drive properly and safely! Although I have been cursing for your car to skid, hit tree, hit barrier, then you might learn how to drive more responsibly.

Happened before 8:30pm tonight; Toyota Corona is on the left, can't recognise the silver car, I guess one of them beat the red light. Hi bros, I got into an accident last night at the above mentioned location and timing. Initially, the other driver (a P plate) admitted it is her fault and keep saying sorry, and now, after consulting with her dad and insurance company (NTUC), now it seems like she might have other "ideas". I know it is a shot in the dark, but anyone out there witness this accident? Mine is a 07 Honda Civic and she's in a white toyota Corolla. I saw some witness standing around and many cars drove pass, but forgot to stop someone for details. Details It happened at Newton circle when I was at the most outer lane continuing in my lane and she was on the inner lane on my right, suddenly turning left and hit my right doors. Initially I though it is straight forward case until the assessors told me my case is 50-50 because although she hit me on the side, she can turn around claim that I turn in front of her, especially when she seems to be denying fault now. Nevetherless, I managed to draft out the accident reporting form and draw the accident diagram, ticked the boxes saying she is changing lane and turning left. And I made her signed it. However the assessors think this is still 50-50. What I screwed up is that I should have made her write down in black and white saying she changed lane and hit me. sighz. Need help and maybe advise. Anyone?

Just read The New Paper and stated that the ERP charges for Orchard Road will increase with effect from Saturday, 11/08/07 for the 6.30pm to 08.00pm slot by 50 cent. Its aready have a whole day ERP on saturday and now increase for evening traffic. Couple with whole day bus lane (extra red line) I drag to go to Orchard Road to do shopping. It seem that the increase in GST to 7% had a strong impact on our lifestyle.

Bad day today. Got involved in a chain collision. I was the third car. 2nd car langa 1st car. I managed to brake in time and stop totally, but bloody cab from behind smash into me at high speed. My car move forward and kinda dented the rear bumper of the Sunny in front of me (2nd car). Cab was badly smashed. My spare tire and tailgate were badly damaged. A Proton behing the cab was also badly smashed. Both the cab's and Proton's engine bay totally smashed. The front of my car was alrite except for a broken license plate and some minor loosen parts. Last car was a cab who couldn't brake in time but not seriously damaged. Luckily I managed to stop in time and hold on to brakes cos there was a pregnant woman in the Sunny in front of me, so she was alrite. 2 cars stopped by, and out come 2 workshops' employees. One of them approached me. I was quite in a shock and agreed to let him handle for me despite remembering some suspicious stories about them online. Went to his workshop and he promised to settle everything for me without having me to fork out a single cent. An agreement form was given to me to free me from any liability should they be unable to do a full 100% claim from the cars behind (Very confident of the workshop) and my insurance will not be affected. Even got a rental car to use which he will charge to the claim. What do you guys think about this workshop?

As with public carpark, how do i tell? i just need to park for 1/2-1hr, rather than overnight parking. thanks. Im confused by all the diff conditions at all the diff carpark. pls help

There'll be a TT (Gathering) going on tis Friday 16 Sept @ 8.30pm at Tampines St 11.. Its near blk 136 open carpark..sure got enough parkin space.. All Proton owners are most welcome to join in......
