  1. recently i went for my 30K servicing. it was actually at 29500 but wat the heck. i was told it will cost 380++. i got my engine oil from koolaba, so it was going to save me little bit. btw they used abt 4l and not 4.5l. anyhow, i was told it will take abt 3-4 hours. i sent the car at abt 1pm. they called me at abt 3.30pm to inform me that theres a prob with the battery. they asked whether i want them to change it. i enquired abt the price and i was quoted 220. i know it will be cheaper outside but i dun really have the time to go somewhere else. they are also unsure how long the battery can last. i asked abt guarantee and was told that battery is only 1 year guarantee. im was 2 months over. koolaba informed me later that it will cost abt 170-180 outside. i told them to check the drive shaft as koolaba had a bad experience and it was costly. i collected the car at 5pm. the drive shaft was ok. i checked the oil dipper to see if its top is broken. it wasnt. apparently its rubber. i was told by them that it breaks off easily. given the heat of the engine, its possible. the car is smooth now and air con is cold!
