Lai, since we have some requests to re-jiak the liu lian, and it has been a 2 months since our last MU, today I bring you, " 13th July 2017 Jiak liu lian MU" Once again, this is more of a get together bonding than a actual eat premium durian session, so I am trying to keep the cost as low as possible for everyone. I am proposing a fee of $25/pax. As usual with any paid event from me, the venue is left private to avoid any gate crash which may upset paying members later, my apologies if anyone is offended but I seek understanding from you guys. As usual, anyone whom like to join us, but do not want to list your name here, pls PM me and I shall take note of that and list the name down as "private" in the list. From past experience, we found that in order for everyone to participate in the grp, a grp size of 12-14 is ideal, any bigger and some may be left attended, and since this is a paid event, we will be limiting the total number to 12. Cut off date will be 10th July 2017, 2359hrs or 12 slots fill up, which ever is earlier, and finalize payment by 12th July 2017, 2359hrs. The answer to this question depends in part on raw brainpower, but also on the size of a country. Exclusively for Business Insider, Dr. Jonathan Wai , a Duke University Talent Identification Program research scientist and psychologist, compiled a new ranking of countries based on scores on the 2009 PISA assessment , which tests reading, math, and science competency in 15-year-olds. Multiple researchers have found that these tests, administered by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), are a good measure of "g," or general intelligence. In our list, the rank order is based on two things. First, we identified the average percentage of teenagers in each country who achieved the top score of six on math or verbal tests (globally, around the 98th percentile). Second, we cross-referenced this percentage with population to estimate the number of brilliant people per country. This provides a new way of looking at the raw brainpower of each country, not counting the significant effects of immigration and emigration. If you looked only at average scores, you’d find the U.S. is only ranked 24th, near the middle of the pack. I would like to call for a meet-up for those who are interested in sticking the stickers that I have created for all chevy owners (non-chevy are welcome too!). Since quite a number of members will be collecting their rides in a couple of weeks later. Shall we fix it on the 13th March at 2.00pm, the usual MSCP of 429A Choa Chu Kang Ave 4?
