Hey forum mates, say u were cruising at 130km/hr on the NSH for 1hour. when u decide to overtake someone, do u turn off O/D (drop to 3rd gear) and then overtake? i tried that on my picnic and there's a violent vibration momentarily. (RPM is still decent at 5k.) the car was fine afterwards, upping gear back to 4th gear and continue its 130km/hr cruising what is the issue?

Yesterday night as i was travelling along PIE (Jurong), saw this silver Proton Waja with msia car plate number travelling at quite high spd at the first lane. Damn it, cant stand the way he (indian guy) tailgate other cars lor..Saw him high beam a taxi all the way from Eng Neo to Bukit Timah so decided to give him a run for it..I followed his ass all the way till i rched 170kmh but still couldnt overtake him, seems that he's revving all the way as well... Then there was this spd cam with limit of 90kmh where i quickly slowed dwn, but b4 i realised it, i oredi past the cam and my spd was at ard 130kmh....Goodness!! no flashlight hopefully no ticket for me... soon he zoomed off to BKE (Johor) while i had to exit BKE (CCK/Bt Panjang) to send my frens hme...
