Close on Suns and PHs. We are on a ground floor, no humps (for ease of driving) and most importantly zero parking charge/ gantry (which all drivers dislike).

If you are sporty enough, bring along your swimming/ running gear to have a dip in Serangoon Stadium opposite our workshop.
