The front USB input offers iPhone Direct Control, making it possible to safely search and select artists, albums and playlists, using the Pioneer’s control buttons. The front USB can also be used to control and playback content from the Spotify app on an iPhone. You can play, pause and skip tracks, browse playlists, albums and radio stations on the go, using the Pioneer controls.
Feature has been added to support Android Open Accessory 2.0 (AOA 2.0), which is designed for Android 4.1 (or later) devices. Last but not least, smartphones will be charged when connected, thanks to the high current 1.5A powered USB port.
Receive pristine sound from the DEH-S2250UI’s built-in amplifier with 4 x 50W of pure MOSFET power. For even more power, you can use the 2 x RCA pre-outs to hook up an amplifier to provide additional power for speakers or subwoofers.
