Easy to inject into the A/C system, Extra Cool is best installed using the new Concertina Injector, an innovative new low-cost injector for closed systems, based on a concertina-style flexible cartridge incorporating a non-return valve (worldwide patents applied for). The cartridge is used in a totally new torque injector tool which applies precisely controlled pressure to the concertina cartridge when the screw is turned.

The Concertina Injector makes it possible to inject precisely measured amounts without first de-pressurizing the system. As fluid is injected, the non-return valve prevents air entering the cartridge to replace it, so the concertina gradually collapses as the fluid is used. When empty, the cartridge is less than a quarter of its original size, making disposal easy with minimal environmental impact.
