Season Parking at/near The Comtech

Bro, Comtech is hopeless when it comes to Season Parking. Even if you can get it (you need to be tenant), you'll be restricted to white lots only. White lots are under hot baking sun just behind NOL building.

 

You should try Harbourlink Building. I think they have open air lots going for $90/mth if memory serves. No need to be tenant. Their management office is on the 4th floor.

Even if you get the decal, you must come in early. The sheltered lots make up just 50% of the red lots.

Each tenant gets one red lot per certain unit rented. Lucky red lot owners pay lesser and yet get better parking. Nabeh.

Yup. $90+ for red VS $120+ for white. If you're lucky, your company even pays for your red season parking. I'm not that lucky.

Comtech parking is one of the worst i have encountered...

they won't sell u season parking even u r willing to pay double...

 

i have to endure several weeks paying hourly rate and park under hot sun in the open dusty carpark! (they are demolishing a building nearby)... knn

ATP season parking is at 120 bucks but provided ur company got allocated lots... I've juz been transfered to HBL building opp comtech... 110 bucks per mth...

not really, my company got like 20 cars decal to park in red lot, obviously we don't have 20 units rented

Yup, Mapletree really cut throat... Nice spanking building but really crazy parking rates for non CBD. Dun really want to pay that amount for parking. $100 still okay.

 

You work @ Comtech? Parking only for tenants? Dunno if they can release one lot to me or not... Who is the management office for parking lots any idea?

Where is ATP? My company will be at Mappletree Business City so I don't think there will be lots.

And where's HBL Building btw?

You can try Gillman village, first come first serve. Need to walk abit to Mapletree. $4/day. Dunno price change or not now.
