COE drop by 1.5k, KM increased HRV price by 1k, but PIs dropped price a little, the price gap between PIs and KM is wider, looks like KM has gotten enough market share of the vezel already?

May I know if the guaranteed Coe was factored in before km Prive went up by $1.5k?

Now they are offering "free" upgrade to guaranteed Coe despite the $1.5k increase. Normally that would command a $3k premium.

Kah Motor offer 5 years unlimited mileage warranty and 3 years free servicing. It is individual choice , as for peace of mind and recall issues, go for HRV.

What's the price from PI now?

What's the gap?

If price increase is due to rise in Yen/$US then it should be proportion.

There are entire threads on this but essentially you go to a PI if you are

- bringing in an exotic model

- wish to save money

- have a larger risk appetite

- wish to save money

- wish to save money

(Repeat that last line about another ten times)

Hi Ara,

1 free servicing.

BR

Only 1 free servicing?

Do they mean the 1000km first servicing, after which you are on your own?

Any SE to recommend at Alexandra showroom??

Should be a few from the bros here.

The SE I have, a bit blur blur and not much into the car specs.

At least without those cunning sales look and won't eat me

Is it true there is no HRV brochure at the Alexandra showroom?

Sounds abit funny as car is physically there already.

No..

I guess too many people are just walking in and asking..

Not always a bad thing - kills trees

BMW and Merc will give you a big fat brochure :)

Just wanted to compare the specs. No need big, fat brochure but a specs sheet is a must if you ask me. All the other Honda models have a brochure including the just launched Civic.

The HRV basic DX model has only 5 inch instead of 7 inch infor screen, body rim at wheel area is black different from body colour, no voice control thus less button on the steering wheel. The rest same as LX model.

AD gives better warranty and servicing than PI. Peace of mind. Savings is not much maybe better specs.

Warranty and Servicing is subjective.

My previous cars are all from AD's, I have good warranty experience with my Nissan where Tan Chong still give me a replacement aircon compressor although I am a few months out of warranty. For my Kia, C&C was not able to solve my jerking wiper and metallic braking sound issue during the entire warranty period and their Service Engineer most common answer was, 'It is normal' although they will put into the service chit the request to polish the windscreen and skim the brake disc.

As for servicing, I feel that I get better servicing at outside workshop.

But my gut feel is that AD will still try their best to solve your problems as compared to PI.
