See whether you got I'm V-Kool! sticker on your rear window... or if you want to be really sure, take a piece of tape and try to pull the film off. But that would cause problems.

During collection brief, I vaguely remember SE told me got alarm.

If someone broke into the car, when the alarm sounded, do this do that. But I wasnt paying attention.

 

Depend what you want the alarm for?

I dun like those loud beep beep sound when you remote lock or unlock the car, or worst those alarm that blast the night triggered by the thunder storm.

 

For me a remote lock and an immobilizer will do. Which the hrv already have build in.

 

When remote lock the car, no sound except the door locking sound, and with flashes of the headlight.

Vkool also come with a 10 years warranty and you should have the paper too.

Lower your windows check the edges see if you can see the edge of the film

Been driving mine for 12 months comes end of Oct.

 

I did not install solar film. At home, I park MSCP but at work, I park open air (without tree) at my office, so far, it's not been too hot for me. For the first few minutes when I drive, I have the front windows open, then I turn on the AC and let it run a while before windows are closed.

 

FC wise, I'm using 95. If I drive only from home to work (about 12km), FC abt 12km/l, worst if traffic is bad. If I drive from east to west, it's about 14km/l. Some mentioned 15km/l or more. Dunno how they do it. BTW, my stated FC is base on the mileage divide by the amount of fuel I top-up. The Vezel's speedo display give a better FC.

 

Collecting your car, check the normal things the guys here state (body work, etc....) Check your repair kit, someone mentioned they are missing the pump for the tyre repair kit and have problem getting replacement (their PI act blur already). Check your chasis number and see if it is affected by the Start/Stop recall. Play with all the accessories (headset, windows, mirrors, steering control, etc... ) the first few days. Go back to PI if you find any issues.

FC of 12Km/h seems like abit low compared to the specifications.  I may have to manage my expectations from the highs of 15km/l then... 

 

gd thing the carshop is pretty near my place.. anytime got any issues can go back easily...

ok thanks. will consider using Ron 92 when the car is bit older.. for now, need to take abit of "extra" care lol 

 

I am taking the facelift version. Silver color. I keep thinking it looks smaller than white color vezel.. is my eyes playing a trick on me? haha

You can use 92 if you wish to go cheap. There's a bit less power and mileage but the ECU on board can make some adjustments.

The questions is whether it's really cheaper ..
