1st post, please be kind.  [:p]

I'm considering the Vezel Hybrid (other options are Forester & S-Cross), and I'm concerned about a couple of things...

1) I test drove the HR-V and was not impressed by road/engine noise & drive comfort compared to the Forester & S-Cross. Understand that Vezel Hybrid has better sound insulation & suspension that the HR-V. Given lack of ability to test drive the Vezel Hybrid, what is the general consensus about road/engine noise & drive comfort of the Vezel Hybrid vs the HR-V (and possibly the Forester or S-Cross)? I currently rank the HR-V 3rd, with S-Cross 2nd and Forester 1st.

2) Read that the recall for the Hybrid was due to software issues, and that recent batches already have this solved. However, when I was at AML last weekend, quite a number of PIs that carry the Vezel non-hybrid said that they don't carry the Hybrid because of issues due to the recall and that the problem has yet to be solved here in SG, while others who do carry the hybrid say that the issue has been resolved. Which is it?

3) HUD in Japanese. How many HUD screens are in Jap? And does it affect understanding or are the icon/numbers self-explanatory?

4) Any kind Vezel Hybrid owner willing to let me sit in their car while they drive (don't think many will offer their own car for test drive)?

Thanks!

I think u can scroll back a few earlier posts.. there is a FB grp.. a few hybrid drivers there, i know of one guy who drives the Z who dosen't mind letting you sit inside.. He seldom posts here anymore...

Doubt is the recall issue that PIs dun bring in, is becus it's a CAT B car and demand for it not high, hence only selected few PIs will bring in..

I can't help you much here but in the future wouldn't mind getting a vezel like hybrid version.. haha

Yesterday saw a Vezel with whole car pink color wrap. Also saw one gold color long ago. When hunting Vezel, a PI show me his customer bright red Vezel photo(respray he said).

Any bro saw any non-standard color Vezel?

I also ordered the diffuser from same supplier but I choose the cheaper one stated PP material(Polypropylene (PP), also known as polypropene, is a thermoplastic polymer). You choose the steel/alloy type?

But mine not yet arrive.....I hope can DIY(no drilling)

1. Hybrid cars usually a little heavier due to batt so suspension a little stronger... I wouldn't say it's better.

2. Buy from PI cars means you'll have to factor in the reputation and service history. I would only consider buying a Hybrid if getting from AD.

Should be ABS quality lo.. quite flimsy.. esp china products.. tats why i buy alloy.. i mean it's not just a decor.. it dose help protect abit..

If ABS / PP product shld be quite light, think can just 3M it over, but i caution u, must add extra. based on the given one, i seen some taobao diffusers just drop on the floor of carparks b4..
