Had a minor problem today..

 

If you notice, when u start your car, ur dial around the speedometer is lighted up.

 

When i start my car, my car cranked abit longer and the light on the dial blink a few times, at times the light dim also. Only happened when my car left overnight b4 warming up the car..

 

Checked my battery and the water level still sufficient.. Anybody knows what issue??

 

After awhile car starts normally..

Very likely to be your batt. Go to any tyre shop and let them test your battery. Your those old type battery?

Heard most battery is maintenance free now. Still use battery water?

 

Also do you have cam installed?

If yes, is it setup with record even at park?

I personally turn off i-Stop everytime I start the car though. The i-Stop doesn't really work very long and often restarts the engine after like 15sec at the traffic light. Of course that is with A/C on and having other devices drawing power like car cam.

 

 

Cellink is it lithium battery?

PIs price vary alot.

Highest price is about 108/109.

The HRV is available for test drives from Sept.. you can leave your name with the SEs on duty.. they will love to call you :)

Common issue with Vezel if you are using stock battery. Change to dry cell.

Think the omv slightly higher too? If factor in 7 free servicing (including labour and parts), that is worth about $2-3k liao..

Then that's worth a few grand... although some cars get 5 years warranty.

I guess one can try and squeeze them for free front camera in car and better tyres..

 

They also give Rite-cool instead of V Cool, but most of the other stuff is there. The LX is not bad, even though it's about 5k more..

What from September? That's confidence of their products man!

Plus 7" display head unit, 5 years unlimited warranty..

 

AD LX model is facelift and color bumper, I have not see this PI model on the road yet. Closest one saw is a facelift hybrid but without color bumper.

My old Tucson is good, but Stream is noisy, can hear rain drop noise.

Yup. Cos i have the same issue just 4 months into my ride. Changed to dry cell and no problem till now. Ride's about 1.5 years already and no prpblem so far. The stock battery is a hit and go, or maybe I am unlucky. In any case I have ICE and some internal cabin lights hence that may take a toll. Edited by Andyngps

Stock battery is only good to use if you don't install additional cabin foot light, Subwoofer, additional speaker and ICE. If you install ICE, unless you're those who travel long distance per trip, your battery will start to show sign of weakness or fail you soon very fast as the stock battery isn't design to support ICE. Most cars, their stock battery doesn't take into consideration of ICE installation.

yes, parts and labour included, according to Honda servicing schedule. reckon that's worth 2k - 3k already.

 

5 years warranty too.

 

so far I have been able to get better tyres from Kah Motor, so I arrange for them to be taken off once I get the car.
