Improving Throttle Body Performance (Knife edging and flush fitting)

Read this very informative article in the Technical Folder, can anyone advise which workshop here in S'pore is the best in providing this improvement?

I think porting throttle body is not as popular because you are destroying your nicely fitted TB. Most intake manifold today are made of plastic, and you can't port it.

 

However, I recommend porting your stock exhaust manifold or buy aftermarket exhaust manifold.
