Carmour 4th Gear July 9, 2005 Share July 9, 2005 Sounds like a good buy if the caluculations are right. Its always safe to buy at close to scrap value. Then can change car at anytime. Might wanna consider this as well. Paper is also $30K+. http://www.sgcarmart.com/main/info-SDL9142D-1032.html
Silver_blade Turbocharged July 9, 2005 Share July 9, 2005 (edited) Not bad. Clio (M) is generally a problem free car. Some common problems are flywheel sensor and rear wheel bearing. It's power to weight ratio is good, so is it's handling. Edited July 9, 2005 by Silver_blade
Spikedoll Clutched July 9, 2005 Author Share July 9, 2005 the clio is manual..manual/auto is ok to me..here is the pic..I havent seen the car yet..he's asking 38.5k but I offer at 35k I have drove clio before (frd's clio) but in terms of renault's reliability..engine etc I'm not very sure
Silver_blade Turbocharged July 9, 2005 Share July 9, 2005 I used to drive thew pre-faclift version which was almost the same as this version. The engine is rather robust. This car, if maintained according to the reccommended schedule, should be almost problem free (except for the usual wear and tear). Can't say the same about auto-trans tho, cos most owners were told that the auto-tran's ATF is sealed for life.
Spikedoll Clutched July 9, 2005 Author Share July 9, 2005 (edited) I suspect its the $101 COE for this car coz its OMV & COE higher but selling cheaper...(the one Carmour is referring ) btw the facelift is different from the one I am talking..which one is the newer facelift? the one I am talking is: 1 Owner, CD Player, Sport Rims, Fog Lamps, 4 Airbags, Road Tax till Nov 2005, Mileage 60,000km. COE : S$26,002. OMV : S$12,529 Edited July 9, 2005 by Spikedoll

Acemundo Supercharged July 9, 2005 Share July 9, 2005 na...i referringto the one with $101 coe. note that resale car prices are mostly ruled by market depreciation rates i suspect for this car, market depn rates around 4k-4.5k so if u take 4k*6+parf= $XXX u need to offer around that price.
