Rainbowsix Neutral Newbie January 25, 2003 Share January 25, 2003 Hi Cat! Sorry to hear about your accident. I wished I had read your post earlier and give u some reasurring words then. I also wished I could be there to help u deal with this cunning old man who made u signed his diary. As I am not lawyer trained, I do not know how the "confession" will affect u. But I do have friends in the Police and I will find out from them and let u know asap. In the meantime, dun worry too much. Sometimes, bad things happen for a reason which we will not know until much later. I take comfort that u are ok with no permanent injuries. I too, was involved in an accident last September and I understand what u are going through right now. I had some phobia especially when I had to drive pass the spot I got banged and sometimes, I will cringe automatically whenever I see the car behind me braking late. Do take care and let us know if we can help in anyway. ↡ Advertisement

Cat_tang Neutral Newbie February 14, 2003 Author Share February 14, 2003 After I got back the car from the repair, the car was running ok. But kept having this slight moist smell in the car everytime I drive. Then I went for 10K servicing at Perocom on Tues and they washed the car before handing it back to me. When I reached home yesterday, I found that the front floor mat was soaked in water, and found a bid puddle of water underneath. So I thought could be they washed the car without removing the mat, and I let them know. I had to bring the mat home to wash and dry it thoroughly. This morning, after I parked at my office carpark, I wanted to clear the puddle of water, but found that there is leak from a piping under the glove box. Can anyone advise which part is leaking? The water is cold.
Gadgeter 2nd Gear February 14, 2003 Share February 14, 2003 (edited) Cat, The water is from the A/C. The pipe which drain water out from the compressor could be loose. Ask your mechanic to fix it for you. Edited February 14, 2003 by Gadgeter
Cat_tang Neutral Newbie February 15, 2003 Author Share February 15, 2003 Thanks, Gad. The water is indeed from the aircon. The mechanic found a one inch slit in the housing, and said it could be due to the impact of the accident...:-(
