Very reflective number plates

Hi guys...

I saw some very reflective number plates and you can hardly see their car number at night.

I saw a Honda Jazz the other day with this plate. The numbers are so chrome that when their rear light shine onto the plate, the numbers look so reflective that you can't read anything. Infact, even when i was right behind it (while waiting for teh green light), I can't see the numbers clearly.

Are such plates legal? because if they are, I want to one myself. I bet my fortune that the speed camera can never pick up the number.

the plate is shiny black. But the numbers are chrome.

At a distance of two cars away, all the 4 numbers appear to be bunched up together. You can't read any of them. This is because their rear light shines onto them making them very reflective and blinding.

I am not sure how they look like during day time, but when night time, I don't think any human can read them.

Like this speed cameras and red light cameras also cannot read.

Their flash will cos the plate to be white out.

Not sure whether speed cams got flash or not.

There's this spray that does the same thing.

Illegal.

Question is...why would any shop take the risk of modding something so obvious as a number plate?

it's there's demand, they will install.

vehicle owners will get into trouble. not the installers.
