Lobang for T-shirt fabrication

Guys and gals,

 

Need your lobang for fabrication of Polo Tee. where is the cheapest?

 

Do take note of the followings:

 

Finish product must not cost more than $20.

There shouldn't be any minimum pieces per order.

 

 

P.S: The reason why I post this thread here is because I have more administrative rights..

If the order is less than 20.... I'll go over to our neighbour country to do. Cos it is cheaper there.

Does anyone knows how to make the softcopy of the embroidery tape? If we can do our own 'tape' ten we'll have huge saving on making the T's.

I have one vendor whom have quoted the price for less than $15, provided if we can provide the "Embroidery tape".

 

I'm trying to source for the right software to use.
