Personally, I like this better but will be difficult to match with rear seat colour unless you match them to the same colour then you will have a great combination....

Agree on the black one. It's the best among the 3!

You getting it for your car? So what would you be doing with the old seats? I've been thinking of getting a real car seat for use with my driving games on the PC... Something like what Super7 has done [thumbsup]

Not really.. but just to add a little more realism when "racing" in F1-2k2 or with some of the guys here on Live For Speed. But if I do get this thing done, it'll probably be the default seat for the PC too. Well not now anyway, my bedroom is too cramped... but definitely when I move into my new place [:)]

way to go......PC racing in a real bucket seat [thumbsup][thumbsup][thumbsup]

at one point, i even thought of using my real kart and replace its pedals and steering wheel with the Thrustmaster pedals/wheels and link both to the pc, install a monitor in front of the kart seat, and then race pc games sitting in my kart in the living room!!!!....... then my home grown tigress roared at the idea...... project abandoned even before it started........ Well I've got some other ideas for furniture that got shot down even before they saw light of day... like using my old windsurf board as a coffee table, study table, toilet door [laugh]

If I can get a nice looking bucket seat, I won't mind using it as my reading chair in the bedroom [:p] One idea she liked which we saw in australia was using wine barrel as the base of a dining table, the table top was another barrel opened up and flattened... now where to get wine barrels in Singapore? [shakehead]

Btw where would you recommend getting cheap bucket seats? I suppose the scrapyard? Saw one guy selling a pair of Mivec seats for $200... no idea what it looks like but I was asking StanC if he would be interested to split with me heheh..

You should get one of those bass shakers and install them under your seat for some rumble in your butt... or have you done that already? [laugh]

if they ask for $200, the conditions of the seats gotta be quite good, otherwise, it should cost below that........

what's a bass shakers???...... same level of vibrations on the bums as normal bazoka??? .... i m interested to create some vibration to the seat cushion so that i can 'feel' the racing simulation.....

Bass shaker I remember reading are more like resonators, they just produce low frequency vibrations that may not be audible. Seen some of those around last time, designed specifically for mounting under car seats.. not for simulating car vibration but for music. I guess we can use it for our purpose too.

Here's one made for games: http://www.vrealities.com/bass.html
