pop ur bonnet, turn the steering to one side, and check the driveshaft, is the dust cover there? or it is broken off? could b beri worn off.

There is a spring contact for your horn to complete the current loop when you press the horn. This spring contact presses against a copper strip and its greased. When the grease dries up, there is friction, which causes the noise. You need to open up the steering wheel cover and use a wrench to take out the retaining nut and remove the steering wheel before you can access the spring contact, apply some silicon grease (not just any grease) and your problem will go away.

BUT! if you have an airbag, forget it, just bring it to the dealer or workshop to do the greasing as you can inadvertently set the airbag off and injure yourself. There is a sequence to do it.

Not 100% but pretty sure that is your problem. Good luck
