Was thinking of getting a new wax or sealant. Dunno which is the best selling/most popular currently.

Hi. I'm currently using Meguiar's Gold Class liquid wax. It is packaged in a box which comes with an applicator sponge.

My experience with it is that firstly, it is not required to apply this wax onto the car in circular motions. This has greatly reduced the effort for the whole waxing session (at least for me). Few other brands which I've used before in the past requires this circular motion during application. Now, it's so easy to be used, I wax my car every other week.

Secondly, I used to find the car surface very oily after waxing and buffing off previous brands, especially Turtle Wax. Not with Meguiar's. Also, there is very little powder residue left after the session.

Thirdly, probably due to my frequent use, I always apply a very thin coat of the wax. I think it is also mention on the instructions saying thick coats are not required. Therefore, it is easy-on and easy-off for me. Due to this thin application, I still have about half the bottle of wax left after I've started using it about 5 mths ago. I think it should be able to last me till the end of the year.

Hehe I'm not an employee of Meguair's hor, just sharing my experience smile.gif

Rick

It work well on my painwork,as you are aware some painwork finishing needs hard wax and some soft kind of wax.The thing which is diff from other wax is that the smells is not like the other wax chemical smell it smell nice, don't know how to describe. Can give a try,let me know if you want a bottle I have extra.

Duno.. label in japanese. If popularity equates to better results, then take the expensive brands like meguairs lor.

Just rem that if u want a longer lasting coating or shinier surface, just wax double coating or apply more wax lor. Money can't buy you effort put in to make the car nicer. [;)]
