Ghostrider 3rd Gear April 14, 2005 Share April 14, 2005 The CVT gave problems to lots of EK and early gen of ES Civic. The EK was traced to a faulty component in the clutch. It was rectified a few years back. So the current batch of CVT should not have such problems. Another reason could be the higher bhp of the Civic that made the CVT failure. Try to go to the Fit/Jazz club to check if they still got such problems. ↡ Advertisement
