for my 1st tank i got 13km/l.now haven't finish 2nd tank.cos top up when it reach 1/2 tank.but seems lower den 1st tank.mine's manual.

For my aveo5 AT, I did about 400km for full tank, that about 9km/L, is that v low?

I mainly city driving maybe like 20% on Eway. so far never above 3k rpm or 100kph. Still got 600km till 1k servicing. Is the engine oil too thick? At 1k,what would be ok?

Is the 0W40 mobil on offer currently ok?

Anyway what engine oil rating you guys change to at 1K?

With the help of JB full tank method......considering the fact that i step on my accelerator from time to time.....without any gears being engaged....hehe....... VR@!O!OOOOM

20% eway? That explains it. Go to use SAE30 oil. Get RP which is cheap.

Mine is CRAP at 10.6 km/l

 

-Fast gear changes (dun dare to claim lightning fast scarly genie jio me to contest)

-1st gear revs to 2.5 after that 2k gear shifts

-corners in 2nd normally up to 2.5k rpm

-never exceed 3k rpm unless provoked

-80% city, 20% eway

-currently using SA mineral oil, will change to cxxxxxe next week @10k servicing

-resonator removed, next step CAI

 

 

EDIT: Some dude from SA just called me asking for feedback on the "performance" of the my Aveo. I mentioned the FC figures and he said he'll highlight my comment... wonder what that was all about

You corner at 2nd? I corner at 3rd unless the corner very sharp. Kenna horn so many times. Dunno what is with Singapore drivers. I signal but traveling very fast. They stupidly follow me so close. I brake very late momentarily and shift down from 5th to 3rd and then I hear the horn. By then I'm gone into the turn.

corner for me means 80 degrees or more... less than that is a bend like zebra crossings Bends in 3rd, sometimes 4th. but gotta watch out for pedestrians, so standby brakes...
