Not sure about this one. When I changed my gear knob, my mechanic just removed my screws and change the knob. Simple as that.

Stay away from lancer EX if you can't stand road noise. [sweatdrop][sweatdrop][sweatdrop]

The test route won't reveal how loud it can be, try asking to test run on expressway [AYE]. [jawdrop]

Lancer owners out there, 2 Questions:

1) how did u all install custom gear knobs? cut or not to cut the shaff?

2) how did u all install custom pedals? is there one which can be clip on instead of drilling holes into original pedals? [bounce1]

1) anti clockwise with ur bull strength to take out old knob. new knob direct bolt on with allen screws

2) use screws to put over pedals. find momo or razo nicer

What about those shift knobs in the market? Momo knobs too, is there any cutting or shorterning of the shaff? Or basically its all stock staff fitted with custom knobs?

Trying to get those custom short knobs without cutting the stock staff. [confused]
