Is Yew Lip good in mending body kits?

The side of my front bumper, the part where it's connected to the wheel fender is dislodged abit (it's not flushed with the main body) and just maybe needs to be unscrewed and screwed in again. I would be heading down there to fix up my scratched rims and do you think it's advisable to ask them to mend the body kit for me?

hi to all.....have read all of you guys saying that this yew lip is good at restoring scratched rims due to the kerb...and the worksmanship is good at 25 bucks per piece...the big question is where is the place????can someone advised?
