Dc597 Neutral Newbie July 25, 2005 Share July 25, 2005 I am driving an Aveo sedan, 6month old (SFR is my number plate) and I do feel the steering to be very light once i go above 100kmh. funny thing is, i never noticed this before, until after i did my 10000km servicing, so i am a little uncertain if it has anything to do with the servicing what happens is, when i drive above 100, the steering begins to have a lot of play, and the car feels like it's floating. I have stock everything, have not mod a single thing to the car, hence it has 13 inch tyres. i had also checked the pressure, 220kpi (when warm, meaning i just drove the car 30km), so i don't think it's over pressured. anyone with the same experience or should i bring it back to starauto for a check, or would that be a pointless exercise? i don't really intend to get spoilers or change tyres. shucks, i was rather happy the 1st 6 months, until now when i feel it floating. i guess it's danger i am thinking of. ↡ Advertisement
