It is the time of the year for me to do engine oil change again.

I went to stamford tyres the other time and kinda feel that it was quite expensive.

Any person here can recommend a nice place to change.

I am driving a jazz btw... mmm.. best if can buy my own engine oil. and let the technician do the rest.

Anyone any idea?

PS: I tried looking for similar threads but couldnt find any...

Hard to DIY le.

Need to lift up the whole car le.

hmm... I think it's advisable to go

any workshop than do a DIY.

They will have a clearer picture.

If u are uncertain how they do things,

u can stand there and see.

I don think they will ask u to walk away.

If in any case that really happens, don go

there anymore lo.

Come my place... HAHAHA

Take Carez

Actually for cars with very high suspension, very easy to DIY, eg SUVs. No need to jack up. Find a level parking space, remove sump plug (or flick the Fumotovalve) and you drain into whatever container you have. Plugs should not be a problem when you know where to buy the right tools.

Now for cars that need jacking up. True you can crawl under a car when it is jacked up but that is damn risky. A jack is not secure, it is best to use jack stands to hold it up after you jacked up the car. So I will not recommend going under unless you got a jack stand.

If all this is too much and you don't want this hassle, going to professionals is the best choice.
