B+G springs

Anyone used these springs b4?

yupz, using them on my Getz. non-progressive ones. comfort level quite decent and not too bouncy.

 

suggest u go for Eiback ones (which will cost more) if u can get them for your ride. wanted Eibach for mine but no stock and had to wait for 2 months so i went for the Boy&Girl springs

 

which ride is yours?

Was lookin for tanabe .. but it is out of stock for N16 everywhere I went.

 

One shop recommended Boy + Girl for $320 including installation.

How is the handling and cornering with B+G?

 

How much will Eibach cost?

my BG springs also cost about the same (including alignment) let me guess, u r doing at Fong Kim?

 

your guess is as good as mine on the price on Eibach. for my ride, Eibach costs about $100 to 150 more than B+G. Eibach prokit is more exp but worth the $ bcos they are progressive and suited for stock shocks.

 

tat said, BG is not bad. handling and cornering are much improved over the stock bcos my ride was quite high. moderate drop in height of abt 3 to 4 cm which is good bcos i've got bodykit on my silver ride

 

have u considered Espelir or Tein springs ? they should have springs for most jap cars.

Espelir ... is it better than B+G, what's the estimated price.

Tein ... another premium brand like Eibach right.

 

FK ... the cars and people there looked quite "hiong", dunno how to approach them.

But the most troublesome part is that not many dealers are doing Sunny nowadays... usually no stock or not bringing in anymore.
