Oil Filter - Micro - Any lobangs?

Does anyone know where to find Micro engine oil filters? I heard they are very good.

 

Of if anyone with cheapo lobangs for oil filter, let me know. Me going to service my car in m'sia. Will buy a filter from here.....and buy the synthetic oil there. Best of both worlds!

On the contary, I heard the filtration of Micro filter is poor

 

Not sure who is major manufacturer for Jap OEM filters.

For Micro, there is 3 classes of oil filters. All for different purpose, companies (ie house-brands)...

 

ie, the original top class micro filters came from and made in japan one. The 2nd and 3rd grade one is from other factory or countries.

 

Infact, this Micro is a super big company.....it's even manufacturing ball bearings for shimano....and quite alot of other things for big companies.

 

Also, when I was in australia, Micro is also a well known brand. The price in australia, is also a cut more expensive than other common brands.

 

Maybe they sell the 2nd/3rd grade to singapore?!?

I think it could very well be possible that Micro have a very big portion in the japanese OEM filter market.....

Hummm.....better look out for the Jap manufactured Micros then!
