Honda Concerto

Hi all,

 

Can anyone give me any opinion on honda concerto 1.6 manual exi ? FC and reliability ? Search the forum but doesnt seem to see any discussion on this model..

Saw an ad: going at at 19.5k, coe till 08/2011... sounds good...

The Concerto is actually a Rover 416 of old. Of course a Rover 416 is better inside compared to the Concerto. Back in those days the Concerto is very well equipped. In those days, not many cars have ABS and are that affordable.

but frankly speaking, its not so asdvisible to buy a 416i, personally tested one b4 and the engine is not smooth at all....

well, at that time together with Presea, both are premium 1.6L sedans ..so car should be no bad, just old..... however, you hardly see any now... Not sure whether they share similar parts with Civic, if yes, then dun need to worry about parts ....... however, I would recommend Presea instead ...... at least looks nicer and stil a lot running around ......

One think to take in mind --> Paper Value should be around $12,000. If its your first car & just wanna drive for 3 years, should be ok lah ..........

When u said the concerto is actually a rover 416 of old.. meaning... using same engine and stuff?? so spare parts should be quite ex?

 

 

this car trigger my childhood memory, the time when i am old enuff to appreciate cars but cant afford to own one.. i will look at all the concertos on the road, thinks they look more beautiful than those Honda GL.. haha

Yeah... Presea look very nice too, sporty... when u open the door with the window wind down, u find that it has no window frame... cool i also bio this car alot last time .... but tot honda engine is more reliable than nissan? um.....

I hate the presea as a passenger though. bloody back seat ceiling very low. Most of the time my hair sweeping the rear windscreen.

but true i seldom see concertos around anymore..... wonder y... even honda GL also...
