Just got license plate how long than can collect car?

hi guys

 

i just got my license plate for my tusani this afternoon from my SE

 

she told me will try her Best to deliver my car asap

 

but i know its during the new year season and there are some freebies like v-kool, reverse sensor , 17" rims , chrome panellings ++ she has to fix in for me

 

but i really hope can get the car by this weekend

 

is this possible ?
