Adeline Neutral Newbie February 18, 2005 Share February 18, 2005 Hi, I'm interested on the Wheel Flip Key but 1 very important question I need to know. I'm driving a mazda 2 and the key has an immobilizer embedded. Can this be done also?
Xavier Neutral Newbie February 18, 2005 Share February 18, 2005 Cannot..
Xavier Neutral Newbie February 18, 2005 Share February 18, 2005 Your original key has a transponder built into the key which signals the immobiliser control unit that the key is genuine. Duplicated key on the flip key will not have the transponder built into the remote. Therefore will not start the car.
Safetyfirst Clutched March 29, 2005 Share March 29, 2005 Where to get the flip key ? PM me pls
Godfinger Neutral Newbie March 29, 2005 Share March 29, 2005 (edited) Mr Lim seems to be giving poor service so I would not want to recommend him. You can try Zacer's contact since his is made and collect on the spot.. Mine lobang had to wait for 3 weeks. However, Please be sure that your car is fitted with a Wheels Alarm system and not other brands since Chevy Aveo is fitted w Wheels as SA standard equipment.
