when i stopped my car behind of a pick-up and came out from my car yesterday at the car park, suddenly a bifold has fallen off from his pick-up and hit my car. therefore caused my right head lamp(broken) and front right bumper got scracthes. he refuse to compensate me and straight away ask for insurance claiming. can i know that the insurance party will claim from which party's insurance? who will be win and lose? (both vehicle are at the resting situation. not moving at all)

 

as wat i know insurance will be covered when car hits car. but wat abt if the products are fallen off from his pick-up and hit my car. does insurance cover this? and therefore insurance shall claim from his expenses?

 

pls advise me urgently. [bigcry]

My car has done 28k already. Considered pretty seasoned .

I go wherever I'm needed to go. If I'm not needed. I don't go. wink.gif

 

Just the same old usual of bring kid to around and going to work. Cover 60km per day to and fro and that is w/o going for meetups at night. If go meetup, can to to 100km per day.

Thanks for the cummins article. Informatives.

 

However, bear in mind these are Prime Movers engines, heavy duty diesel engine with big cc as compared to our mini car petrol engines. They are very high torque and main usage is load carrying truckers.

 

Though some of the pointer can apply to car not all are of applicable. We can pick up some of the principle and theory but not the data.

actually, if u look at the king's driving habit, u'll notice that he does not test the aerodynamic drag. rather, for best FC, he drives moderately, not too fast,not too slow.
