any comments on the review on z-stab in wheels asia?

The test was on a sti and a picnic .. .4-6% improvement in fuel economy (over 1 month period). Looks promising.

I got a Z-Stab in my auto matrix and a E-REV in my auto Elantra. Basically no diff to me even if i take out. So i jus leave it there and the light blinking (mine old version)...

However, my engine idling is awfully low.. estimate around 600+ i think.. Like wanna die.. not sure if it's the VS that is affecting.

ha

I was looking for fresh comments.

The older comments were based on pre production models. Maybe they did something to improve the current models. Can we trust trust the wheels asia reviews.

You can ask them to plug the Z-Stab on your car to test drive.... :)

Well for me it has improvement on the responds....

For your reference... I had tested the prototype and the recent commercial product....

Just take these 'reviews' with a pinch of salt. I have yet read bad reviews from local car mags. [sweatdrop]

That's why must check with real users ..

There is always the question that if such products are really effective,

why don't manufacturers put them in as a stock item.

If a product can really save 5% in FC over stock ... it will usually pay for itself in 6mths to 1 year.
