Anyone has spreadsheet for calculating Breakeven point ?

Hi guys, this is one of the most helpful forums I had read. people are most ready with their advice. This is the spirit.

 

The resale market will come back, there is a limit to how low the prices of new cars and the COE will drop, within the next 5 years, Resale values will be important, so making a decision to buy a new car now will need to take into account the resale value.

 

Anyone out there who has a spreadsheet that can take into account PARF, COE, OMV, Selling price, etc and work out the depreciation and breakeven point over the 10 years of loan?

 

If so, please email me a copy, much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
