How to ground amp ?

How do i ground my amp to the chassis ? DO I select a point underneath my rear seats ? Or there is other points I can consider. I currently have 5 point grounding on my engine bay and I am not sure whether I need to ground my amps.

there is no specific point of grounding... but grounding is a must for the Amps else it would works well, like aeroplane sound..

 

just take out either 1 of the screw and ground there but i personally think finding 1 tt bolt to the chassis is better. But remember to sand off the paint till u can see the metal part then screw in..
